I would be remiss if I didn't give a thousand "thanks" to our realtor, Mary Anastos. Full disclosure: Mary is one of my closest friends. She found this house for us, arranged a showing the minute the home went on the market, and guided us with velvet-gloved hands throughout the buying process. For example, we flew to Naples to see the house, and once we placed a purchase offer, Mary handled all of the inspections and the paperwork." She has a "book" of contractors and vendors. Each one we chose was "top-notch." Because we were in New York when all of the inspections occurred, Mary arranged all of the inspections so that she would be at the house and called me while there if I had questions! Talk about "Concierge Service!" Without Mary's help, we would have had to be "on call." I can't thank Mary enough. If you're considering buying or selling in Naples, I Highly recommend John R.
